1. Who we are
Kakunyn Technology LTDA ("Kakunyn", "we"), Brazilian company enrolled with CNPJ 58.285.609/0001-34, headquartered at Avenida Paulista, 726, Suite 1202, Bela Vista, São Paulo/SP, 01310-910, Brazil, provides QA services for games and software. This Policy explains how we process personal data of website visitors, people who contact us, and job applicants.
This Policy does not cover data we access while providing QA services to our clients. In those cases, we act as a processor under each client's instructions, and processing is governed by the contract and the client's own privacy policy.
2. What we collect and why
2.1 Contact form
When you use the contact page form, we collect your name, e-mail address, and the content of your message. Purpose: responding to your inquiry and maintaining a business relationship. Legal basis: legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, IX; GDPR art. 6(1)(f) where applicable). The data is delivered by e-mail to Kakunyn's corporate inboxes and retained for up to 24 months after the last contact.
2.2 WhatsApp contact
The WhatsApp button opens a conversation in the WhatsApp app (Meta). If you use it, the processing of your data on that platform is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We keep the conversation history solely for support and business relationship purposes.
2.3 Job applications
Applications are received through a dedicated form with its own notice. We collect name, contact details, résumé, and form answers to run selection processes. Retention: 12 months after the process ends; with your consent, we keep your résumé in our talent pool for an additional period.
2.4 Website browsing
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-214T1ERQLW) only after you accept analytics cookies in the site banner. Google Analytics helps us understand aggregate page views, traffic sources, approximate location, device/browser information, and engagement so we can improve the website. We do not use this data for advertising personalization and we do not sell personal data. If you decline, the tag is not loaded for your browser. The hosting server also records basic technical data (such as IP address) in security logs necessary for the operation and protection of the site.
3. Who we share with
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with providers that support our operations (website hosting, e-mail, analytics, and cloud storage), under contracts requiring them to protect the data, and with authorities where legally required.
4. International transfers
Some providers, including Google Analytics, may process or store data outside Brazil (for example, cloud services in the United States). In such cases, we adopt the safeguards provided by the LGPD and ANPD regulations, such as contractual data protection clauses.
5. Your rights
You may request at any time: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, deletion, portability, and information about sharing, as well as withdraw consent. We will respond within 15 days.
6. Security
We adopt technical and organizational measures compatible with the risk, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access control with two-factor authentication, and an internal data protection policy applicable to the entire team.

8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy at any time. The current version will always be published on this page, with the last-updated date at the top. In case of discrepancy between the Portuguese and English versions, the Portuguese version prevails.
