3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our testing methodologies, reports, and deliverables remain with Kakunyn QA, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client materials remain the property of the client.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client projects and information. We will not disclose any confidential information without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kakunyn QA's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo.
